Extract specific pages

About the pdf to text

Pull specific pages out of a PDF into a new, smaller PDF. Enter single pages and ranges, such as 1-3, 5, 8-10, and only those pages are kept. The PDF is uploaded to our server for processing and the new file is returned for download.

How to use it

  1. Click the upload area and choose a PDF.
  2. Type the pages to keep, using commas for single pages and dashes for ranges.
  3. Click Extract Pages.
  4. Click Download to save the new PDF.

Questions

How do I save just one page of a PDF?
Upload the PDF and type that page number, for example 4, in the pages box. The download is a PDF containing only that page.
How do I write a page range?
Use a dash for a range and commas to separate items: 1-3, 5, 8-10 keeps pages 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9 and 10.
Does extracting pages change the original file?
No. You get a new PDF with the selected pages; the file on your device is untouched.
